Who we are
LuminaLife is a Central Iowa provider of Host Home and Supported Community Living (SCL) services under Iowa’s ID Waiver program. We support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in safe, structured, family-style environments that promote independence, dignity, and meaningful community involvement.
We work closely with individuals, families, guardians, and case managers to ensure consistent care, strong communication, and person-centered support.
